Scott,
Thanks for your curiosity in Leveraxe. Unfortunately, there is not a leveraxe that you could try out in your area. If it would help we could offer you 10% discount. Let us know if you are interested we will send you the discount code. You will not be disappointed with Leveraxe.
I have watched videos over and over debating on buying it. I’m not that strong of a girl and it looks easy enough but for the price I’m scared to just buy it. Is there any kind of guarantee or like 30 day trail if I don’t like it?
Sarah,
We do have a new 30 day satisfaction program, in which you can able to return the axe for a refund. The leveraxe you will receive in very slightly used and the price including shipping is $199. I will email you the code to enroll in this program. Happy Chopping!

Very interested in ordering one of these, but I live in N.S Canada. Anywhere here that markets these as it seems I can’t change the country at your online checkout?
Interested in trying one of these. It would help my husband and our boys so much. We burn wood all winter, cut and split all summer. Please let me know if you have any deals going on. molliecrump@gmail.com
Thanks
Glad to hear you are so interested in LeverAxe. In fact we are having a Father’s Dad Sale right now. 10% off all leveraxe products. Coupon code is: DAD Use this code in checkout or cart. Happy Chopping!
Ray,
Knotty Hardwood is no problem for the leveraxe! We split all type of northern hardwoods in upstate New York to heat our business during the winter. These northern hardwoods include: hard maple, beech, and ash. Knots are no problem when you split around them. For what you would like to do with the Leveraxe, I suggest this model with rugged composite handle: https://leverax.com/product/leveraxe-the-smart-axe/
Also, to save your back during splitting wood we highly recommend our homegrown product: https://leverax.com/product/griprock-splitting-block/
I saw from a previous comment that you are located in Upstate NY. I am as well. Just north of Albany. I’m interested in buying a leverax to split firewood to heat my garage. I’d love to put hands on one before I spend that much money. You know how it is. People are afraid of change. Even though the video clearly shows the leverax in action. Looks like it would save me hours in time and pain… but $220. I sound like my dad. Haha
When splitting wood, with a Leveraxe or traditional axe/maul it is important to read the wood while you are splitting. Avoiding knots is key. Not to worry if you hit a knot for the Leveraxe Ultra for it is made out of a very hard stainless steel called Duplex. The leveraxe head will not be damaged by knots. All leveraxe heads have a 10 year manufacture warranty, so you can rest assured. By the way this type of warranty is unheard of for an wood splitting axe.
wow
Is there anyplace near Louisville Kentucky where I could try one of these out? Interested but cautious due to the price.

What happens when you hit a knot or when splitting something stringy like elm?

Has this been tried on any Australian hard woods such as eucalyptus
Stephen,
Leveraxe has been tested extensively on Australian hard wood, and results have been very postive. Here are video examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hi9Z_BC2oGI&t=3s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0qgYbEXvVs
